Women tournaments

Women Osho

Osho tournament was founded in 1978 and was the second women title tournament. The first winner was Takojima Akiko. Hayashiba Naoko got Oi titles 10 times.

8 best players by the results of preliminary round play by play-off system. The winner will play the match with titleholder. It is necessary to win 3 title games (from 1995) to get Osho title. Time limit is 3 hours in title match, 2 hours in other stages of Osho tournament.
